Garnishes of your choice, we recommend using cherry tomatoes, lettuce, baby spinach, carrots etc.
Directions
Make sure your bain-marie is clean, you may keep your burner on to keep the rissole warm.
Place lettuce or baby spinach at the base of your chafing dish
Place the rissoles in a line parallel to each other until you have filled the bain-marie
Optional extra: you can now fill in any open spaces with cherry tomatoes or carrots
Place the bain-marie into serving area for your guests to enjoy
